Baces3D is a portable manually operated 5, 6 or 7-axis measurement arm with high precision sensors to allow you to measure the surface of real physical objects either by touch or with an optional laser scanning head.
By simply tracing over the surface of any phisical object with its stylus, you capture the exact 3D coordinates directly to your computer via either RS232 serial or USB interfaces.
The digitising arms are made from either aerospace aluminium or carbon fiber and individually counterbalanced to allow effortless data capture with the utmost ease of use. Baces3D are available in a wide range of sizes and accuracy depending on your application.

FruilROBOT has introduced the SCANFLEX_7 Portable Scanning Solution, the integration of its new Baces3D 2.6M digitsing arm combined with the Solano,3D laser scanner from Kreon. Specially designed to address today's challenges in 3D data capture with simplicity, speed and accuracy at a very competitive market price.
This new, powerful integration drastically optimises the duration and quality of the scanning thanks to the perfect combination of two measurement methods. The 100 mm laser line enables it to collect up to 40,000 points/ second in an easy and fast paintbrush manner, while the integrated contact probe can collect data in areas requiring more accuracy.
The Youtube clip below shows how easy it is to use.
